as a virtual doula client of mine, you receive:

  • 2 prenatal meetings (done via zoom) that last about 1.5 hour each. In this space, we will work together to create your birth plan, work on any fears or blockages that you may have, connect with your dream birth, figure out which areas you need extra support in, and find the necessary solutions for each of these! We will also talk about what you need to prepare for your birth (whether at home or in the hospital), and how to set yourself up for a successful postpartum experience.

  • on-call support via messages, phone calls, and additional zoom calls if needed. I am here to answer any questions or feelings that may arise, and help find a solution! You can also delegate tasks that feel overwhelming such as researching certain topics, buying supplies, and planning.

  • guaranteed distant support during your birth to answer any questions, offer suggestions for you and your partner, and be a bridge between your care provider and yourself. You can reach out to me to ask for advice, words of support, or if you need help understanding what your care provider is trying to suggest you do.

  • 2 postpartum meetings (done via zoom) that last about 1-1.5 hours. I can continue to answer any questions that may come up regarding your newborn baby, or yourself as you heal during this tender time! I can give suggestions on how to heal, what to cook, how to meal plan, and the essential supplies needed during this time.
