The Climb to the Peak of Mt. Sinai

I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was one of those things that I KNEW I had to do while in Dahab, Egypt. Actually it was one of the reasons that I felt such a strong pull to go to Dahab. Now, but even much more so in other years while traveling, we travel very much on a budget and don’t always get to do and see all that each place has to offer. We are long-term travelers, rather than weekenders, so that comes with sacrifices. When we were in Luxor, I had to really pick and choose which sacred sites I wanted to visit as each one meant a taxi or tour guide, entrance fees, and other expenses.
